Frequently Asked Questions

    Q. Is bed linen included in the price?
    A. Bed linen is included in the price of each booking, however we do not supply bedding for cots.

    Q. Can we book a holiday if we are under 21 years of age?
    A. We can accept bookings from guests aged under 21 but please telephone first for prior authorisation and to confirm suitability.

    Q. Do you accept single sex groups?
    A. We will accept bookings from single sex groups but if you are under the age of 25 please telephone first for prior authorisation and to confirm suitability.

    Q. Can I take my pet on holiday?
    A. Yes, please make sure you book one of our pet friendly units, details are shown next to each accommodation number.  If you are unsure please telephone us before making a booking.

    Q. What day can I start my holiday?
    A. Our normal start days for one or two week bookings are Fridays or Saturdays, Monday and Fridays are the normal start days for a short break. Please contact us if you would like to start your holiday on a different day.

    Q. What time will my accommodation be ready for me to check in?
    A. Check in time is 4pm-7pm on your arrival day. If you expect to arrive later than 6pm we would be grateful if you would telephone us so that we can be sure that someone is available to personally show you around your accommodation. Check in closes at 7pm.
    Quite often accommodation can be ready before 4pm, if you telephone on your arrival day we may be able to arrange an earlier check in time.

    Q.What time do I have to leave the park on the day of departure?
    A. We would ask that all accommodation is vacated by 10am on your departure day to allow for us to prepare for our next guests.

    Q. How can I pay for my holiday?
    A. We accept most major credit/debit cards (not American Express) and cheques.

    Q. Can I park next to my accommodation?
    A. Most accommodation has car parking close by but some of the car parking spaces are not directly next to the accommodation. If car parking is an issue please contact us before making your booking.

    Q. Can I leave my dog in my lodge?
    A. We would kindly ask that pets are not left unattended in any of the accommodation or vehicles whilst on site. If you wish to have a day out without your pet we can recommend a local kennel who will be pleased to offer day boarding.

    Q. Can you make the approach road wider?!
    A. This question has genuinely been asked by a few of our guests so it is worth mentioning again that the road is narrow and single track in places.  It has passing places but you must be aware that you will undoubtedly have to reverse into one at some point during your stay!
