Booking Terms & Conditions
1. No booking can be accepted unless accompanied by a 30% non-refundable deposit of the full accommodation charge. The balance is payable at least six weeks before the start of the holiday. Bookings made less than six weeks before the start of the holiday must be accompanied by the full charge. Failure to pay the balance when due could result in the cancellation of the booking.
2. On arrival we make a charge of £10 per week and £6 per short break to cover gas and electricity usage. This is a fixed charge for the duartion of your stay, however in exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to make a further charge for excess usage.
3. 'CHECK IN' time is from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. We allow arrivals up to 8.00pm only.
For arrivals after 8.00pm please make arrangements with our reception office by telephoning 01872 573044 and you can arrive the following morning.
It is requested that you vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure.
4. We reserve the right to make a charge for excess cleaning should the accommodation not be left as you found it.
5. Both parties (hirer and park) shall be released from their respective obligations in the event of a National Emergency, War and Prohibitive Government Regulations or if any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the parties or either of them renders the performance of the Agreement impossible.
6. Cancellations must be notified to us in writing by recorded delivery. If the cancellation occurs after the balance of your account has been paid, or is due to be paid (i.e within 6 weeks of the holiday commencement date), there can be no refund. WE THEREFORE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you take out holiday cancellation insurance. Details can be provided upon request.
We reserve the right to re-let your accommodation if the balance is not received in the specified time. Notification of our intention to re-let your accommodation will be sent to the address on the booking form, and you deposit will be forfeited. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation we reserve the right to receive the balance from you.
7. The management of Leycroft Valley Holidays are relieved of all liability should the accommodation not be made available due to circumstances beyond their control. The deposit and all other payments will be refunded in full.
8.Whilst every effort is made to reserve the accommodation requested we reserve the right to change if necessary.
9. All male or female parties and/or Under 21's will only be allowed at the discretion of Leycroft Valley management, please contact our reception office to confirm suitability before making a booking. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your booking.
10. No liability will attach to us in respect of any loss or damage to anything brought onto the park at your request or for persons coming onto the park at your request.
11. You will be responsible for all loss of or damage to property at the park or brought onto the park, and for any injury to persons, animals and things caused by or in consequence of any act or omission on your part, your agent or your servants and you shall keep us indemnified in respect of any loss, damage or injury.
12. If you have an accident at the park involving the accommodation supplied or the grounds you MUST inform Leycroft Valley management immediately where practical, but no later than your day of departure. If you do not inform the park before you leave, our ability to investigate could be seriously hampered. Therefore, unless there is a valid reason for the delay in informing the park of the accident we will not deal with it.
13.Please adhere to the park speed limit of 5mph.
14.The management reserve the right to terminate the hirer without notice if; The Hirer or a memeber of his/her party causes nuisance or danger to other guests on the park by thier actions and does not refrain from doing so when asked.
15. For the comfort of all our customers, we would ask that you refrain from smoking in our accommodation.
16. Dogs are permitted (in specific accommodation) provided they are well trained and kept under close control at all times. Should any complaints be recieved, such permission will be withdrawn. Dogs must not be left unattended in any accommodation or in vehicles. We ask that you bring your own basket/bed for your dog . Dogs must not be allowed on the beds or furniture at any time. we reserve the right to charge for any damage whatsoever which has been caused by your dog or by neglect for your dog.
If you intend to bring your dog please notify us at the time of booking failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your booking.
17.Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children and all minors around the park and it's facilities.
18. In the unlikely event that there is a problem or dissatisfaction with any matters under our control please report them to us immediately so that we may have the opportunity where possible to rectify issues. We cannott accept liability in relation to any claim of whatever nature if you fail to notify us in writing within seven days from the end of your holiday.
19. All vehicles are parked entirely at the owners risk.
20. Payment of a deposit constitutes accepting these conditions.
