Compact kitchen leading to open plan lounge/diner with TV with DVD player. Kitchen has electric cooker, larder fridge, microwave and washer machine.
Hot water via electric immersion heater.
Electric heating throughout.
Each bungalow has a small garden area with a picnic bench.
This bungalow is on ground level and there are only 2 steps up into the property.
Parking is available immediately outside the bungalow.
NOTE-From Easter 2010 this bungalow will have a HOT TUB in the garden.
